What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier depending on the goods ordered and your shipping location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Sampli ships worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail and selected couriers.

How Long Will It Take Until I Receive My Order?

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday, and we aim to send all orders the same day if placed before 1pm.

UK deliveries will usually arrive within 48-72 hours.

International delivery times vary depending on location however most orders will be received within 5-10 business days.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. Sampli offers a secure and encrypted checkout process, and no card details are stored at any point.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We sure do! As long as your items have not been used and are in their original condition including any packaging or labels, returns are accepted up to 45 days after your original purchase date.

Returns will have their original purchase price refunded, and if the product is faulty, we’ll also happily refund any shipping charges incurred. Please note we cannot refund for returned items that may be lost in return shipment and recommend that these are sent via a tracked delivery service.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
